About Jody Hanisch
Jody’s natural enthusiasm and incredible heart is well suited for her role as Project Director. Her spirit, while infectious and inspiring, is balanced by her desire to serve as a learning facilitator and organizational coach who is passionate about personal development, organizational learning, and systems change. She joined Project Success in 2012 with a background in communications, coalition development and prevention education. Her mission is to support the collective capacity of organizations, collaborations, and communities to co-create a thriving world.
About Amanda Andrews
Amanda Andrews was raised in the world of prevention. She grew up attending prevention workshops and conferences. As a teen, she so-created teams and coordinated events designed to inspire peers as well as educate and support. Amanda leads by doing. She has extensive experience working with young children and youth. She is always willing to do the work to benefit the team and organization. She is a natural leader who inspires others to do their best work in services to others. She is most interested in a fair and just world where all children have access to education, inspiration and whole hearted support.
